A multi-million dollar company was running their entire operation through spreadsheets. We moved them completely off spreadsheets and built a web-based BI platform — charts, graphs, real-time dashboards, custom filters, and agentic AI that reads the data and tells leadership what needs attention right now.

An internal AI intelligence system that stores everything about Modern Kaizen — projects, strategies, historical data, ongoing work — and uses AI to help founders make smarter decisions. Predictions, decision surfacing, resource planning — the brain of the company, always on.
